Meet Shaney Britz
Shaney Britz is a biokineticist who graduated from North-West University (NWU) in 2024 with a BHSc in Biokinetics. Her background in sport including gymnastics, athletics, and netball, shaped her understanding of injury, recovery, and resilience. Experiencing rehabilitation first-hand sparked her passion for helping others regain confidence in their bodies, move with purpose, and build strength that lasts.
Her approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-based practice, and the belief that movement supports everything: physical health, mental wellbeing, confidence, and independence.
